Seabury Beaumont Directors Ian Seabury and Amanda Beaumont are experienced employment law solicitors, with in excess of 30 years combined post qualification experience.
Formerly with Eversheds LLP, Ian also worked as in-house employment counsel for Phones 4u, leaving to set up his own successful employment law consultancy.
In 2010, Amanda Beaumont left Eversheds LLP after 10 years with the firm to establish Seabury Beaumont alongside Ian, with the aim of using our combined experience and knowledge to create a genuine competitor to the larger law firm model.
Of course, our background has benefitted us greatly. It taught us a huge amount about client service, what works and what doesn’t. We know what we’re doing and are really good at it, but we also know that clients don’t have to go to large law firms and pay large firm fees to get the very best client service and levels of expertise.
Consultant Senior Solicitor Emma Bagshaw specialises in the prevention of illegal working. With a background as in-house legal adviser to the Co-operative Group and Co-operative Bank, Emma advises SME’s through to large corporate organisations on the risks associated with employing illegal workers and how to protect your business.
