Seabury Beaumont partners Ian Seabury and Amanda Beaumont are experienced employment law solicitors, with in excess of 18 years combined post qualification experience.

Formerly with Eversheds LLP, Ian has also worked as in-house employment counsel for Phones 4u Limited, and for the last two years has operated a successful employment law consultancy.

Amanda Beaumont left Eversheds LLP after 10 years with the firm in 2010, to establish Seabury Beaumont LLP alongside Ian, with the aim of using their combined experience and knowledge to create a genuine competitor to the larger law firm model.

As a service industry, our experience is that the practice of law is driven by reputations and personal relationships. A number of large organisations, and in particular SMEs, are more interested in the reputation of the lawyer offering the advice and the costs involved (without compromising on quality), than the size of the firm retained. This makes them ideally suited to having their needs serviced by the experienced and high quality lawyers at Seabury Beaumont.

We are confident, from dealing with this size of client previously, that we can exceed their expectations, and both Ian and Amanda’s strength lies in their ability to form strong and lasting personal relationships with their clients.

Both Ian and Amanda operate from their respective home offices in Warrington and Todmorden, reducing overheads which is reflected in our costs. We travel to see our Clients at their own premises, but meeting rooms can be arranged if required.
